Returns and refunds

You can return your purchase by writing to customercare.sdabocconishop@audes.com within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the items.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in its original packaging (envelopes and packaging), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to due diligence, without signs of wear or dirt.

You will be required to pay shipping costs and you may use an express courier or the ordinary postal service. Our full address is the following:
